Launch updates
When you sign up, we collect your email address and your selected scent preference. Shopify stores the signup for SEN so we can send the launch updates you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an update or by emailing hello@senincense.com.
Orders and questions
When orders open, Shopify will process the contact, delivery and payment information needed to complete your purchase. SEN uses order details to fulfil purchases, provide support, process refunds and keep required business records. If you email us, we use the message and your contact information to answer you.
Services that help us operate
Shopify provides the store and signup services. Our hosting and email providers process the information needed to deliver this website and our correspondence. These providers may process information outside Canada. Read Shopify’s privacy policy for its practices.
This launch page
This page does not load advertising pixels or audience tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served with the website. Hosting services receive connection information needed to serve pages and maintain security. Shopify pages may use cookies and similar technologies described in Shopify’s cookie policy.
Retention and your choices
We keep launch-list information while you remain subscribed and retain necessary consent records. Order and support records are kept as needed for service, accounting and legal obligations. Ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@senincense.com. We may need to confirm your identity, and some records may need to be retained.
